Cooling off period

Have you bought products in the Cubic Colors shop? Then you have 100 days to revoke your purchase. This is possible via our return form. After withdrawing, you have 14 days to send the product back to us. Unfortunately, repealing is nog possible for tailor-made products.

Delivery of the returns

A good delivery ensures that the product remains intact and your return can be settled quickly. Therefore, take these three steps into account when returning your order: 1. The product is in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). 2. All parts and accessories are in the package. 3. You’ve added the completed return form to the box.

Refund

After we received your package, we pay you the entire purchase amount, including the shipping costs of the first delivery to your house. You get your refund as soon as possible (but at the latest within 14 days) back on your account. This term starts the minute you tell us you want to return (a part of) your purchase. If you haven’t told us about the return, this term starts when you send the return. The amount will be refunded to the bank account where the amount has been debited. The shipping costs for the return of your package are for your own account.

Wrongly mounted products

Unfortunately, it happens that we receive returns that are used or damaged, caused by wrong mounting. In that case, we can charge you compensation.
